- Generated content: the prompts you submit and metadata for the images / videos you generate
- Payment info: we only record transaction status and crypto order IDs — we **never** store credit card or bank account details
- Technical logs: IP address, browser type, access timestamps (only used for security auditing and abuse prevention)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Providing and improving the AI generation service
- Verifying your age and account identity
- Processing payments and crediting your account
- Detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, and policy violations
- With your consent, sending service-related notifications
3. How We Share Information
We **never** sell your personal data. We share only the minimum necessary information with these parties:
- AI inference providers (RunPod, Novita, etc.): your prompts are sent so they can render your images
- Crypto payment processor (NowPayments): to process orders and credit your account
- Legal obligations: when we receive valid legal requests from law enforcement
4. Content Storage
Images and videos you generate are private by default — only you can see them. They appear in the public gallery only after you choose to publish them. You can withdraw or delete a post at any time.
Original prompts and generation parameters are linked to your account and are not exposed without your consent.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your login state and remember your language preference. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the service. You can disable cookies in your browser — some features may not work as a result.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information
- Export all generated works tied to your account
- Close your account at any time
- Withdraw consent for data processing

7. Data Security
We use HTTPS, password hashing, and routine security audits to protect your data. That said, no online service can guarantee 100% security.
